When do I get paid?
Rewards unlock 30 days after the hire is confirmed. A 25% bonus is added when the 60-day retention period completes. You can request payout at any time after unlock.
What if my intro doesn't pass the quality gate?
Your intro goes to the role's backlog. The company can still pull it out manually. Your CredScore™ is not penalized for a single failed gate — it's based on your overall average.
Can I refer someone I don't know personally?
No. Credora is built on genuine warm introductions. Cold intros consistently score low on the quality gate and hurt your CredScore™. Only refer people you've worked with or know well.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make?
No limit on submissions. However, each company role has a capped queue — if it's full, your intro enters the backlog until a slot opens.
