By creating an account or using the Credora platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. Credora reserves the right to update these terms; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. Companies must be legally registered entities. Referrers must provide accurate professional information; misrepresentation is grounds for account termination.
Referrers may only submit introductions for candidates they have genuine professional knowledge of. Cold introductions, fabricated relationships, or AI-generated candidate profiles are prohibited and will result in account suspension. Referrers are responsible for ensuring candidates have consented to being referred.
Companies must post accurate role information and respond to referred candidates within 14 days of acceptance. Payout amounts are set at the time of referral acceptance and may not be retroactively changed. Companies are responsible for verifying hire eligibility under applicable employment law.
Credora charges a success fee of 5% of the candidate's salary (minimum $500) when a verified hire is confirmed. In addition, a platform fee of 25% of the referrer payout amount is charged to the company to cover payout facilitation; this fee is separate from and does not reduce the referrer's payout. Referrer payouts unlock 30 days after hire confirmation and are subject to the 60-day probation confirmation for the retention bonus. Payouts are processed in USD. Credora is not responsible for tax obligations arising from referrer income.
CredScore™ is a proprietary signal computed by Credora. It is not a financial credit score and has no bearing outside the platform. Credora may adjust the formula at any time. Attempts to game or artificially inflate CredScore™ are prohibited.
You may not: submit false or misleading information, reverse-engineer the platform, scrape data, circumvent quality gates, harass other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of pending payouts.
Credora is a marketplace connecting referrers and companies. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes, referrer payout timelines, or candidate quality beyond our stated quality gate. Our liability is limited to the amount of platform fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under AAA rules.
